We do not sell your personal information to dealers, data brokers, or third-party advertisers. We share information only: with insurance and financing partners when you explicitly request quotes; with payment processors (Stripe) to process commission charges; with service providers who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements; and when required by law.
4. Uploaded Documents
Documents you upload (window stickers, contracts, buyer's orders) are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage. They are used solely for AI analysis and savings verification. We do not share your uploaded documents with dealers or third parties. You may request deletion of your documents at any time.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, access controls limiting employee access to personal data, and regular security audits. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
